    Default WTB, budget carp reel

Looking for reel to drag out a few carp, will pay fair price according to wear and tear, thinking 7/8 wt would do, open to suggestions.

    So...whatcha got ??

From what I've researched, not sure if that's what I'm looking for.
    But thanx for offering.

Here's a Scientific Angler System 2 reel that would fit the bill for you. It's on Ebay, but if you're careful you may be able to get it for a good price. They aren't fancy, but they are built like a tank and last a long time. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Scientific-...oAAOSwhyZcfXXz Just a thought...

I have a brand new Cortland ProCast 7/8 wt reel with extra spool that I bought last year as back-up to a Cortland Procast outfit I won. Neither have been used. Solid cast reel with a very smooth disk drag.
$65 would ship the reel and spool. I likely have a good (maybe new) 7 or 8 wt line around that I could throw in cheap as well.
