Found this on a Russian site, as well. There's was tied as a caddis; in these colors it can do double duty as a Spruce Moth.

hook - Dai Riki 280 #12
thread - Danville 6/0 tan
rib - Uni-stretch brown
abdomen - deer hair
wing case - 1mm foam tan
wing - deer hair
thorax - Starburst Dub tan (from the Dungeon; Ice Dub sub)

Part 1

mash barb, start thread at 2/3 mark, wrap to bend




clean, trim tips on a clump of deer hair, tie in with 2 soft loops, pull tight allowing it to spin around the shank; tie in rib






return thread to tie-in, pull deer hair forward, surrounding shank; tie down/trim butts, cover with thread






spin Uni-stretch to tighten, counterwrap body; tie off/trim






tie in foam strip
