Why do I get messages that my inbox is full and I cannot receive messages when I only have 4 messages in my "inbox?" Please correct the issue of tell me how I can correct the issue.

I received an automatic email notification that my PM space was almost full. My personal message space has been hacked and I have received many unsolicited adds, many of an explicit sexual nature. I have deleted the offending messages. I wanted to inform the administration, there are children that use this site.

Can not copy and paste a sale description from a word document. Help pls. Thanks
